The employee called both owners to make them aware of the situation and error in their systems and see what could be done. Upon arrival when we went to pay the remaining balance we were told that our receipt and confirmation was incorrect and we actually owed almost 9x what we were originally aware of. We chose this location because of the price and what amenities were offered in the cabins. We booked our stay over 4 months in advance. The owners made us pay for THEIR mistake. The issue for our stay arose at check-in. There was also a system to get fresh towels as needed and the campground was kept clean as well. The cabins were very clean and came with everything one may need during a stay. From equipment, and supplies for your camper, to souvenirs for the family, to ice cream and cold drinks.Īfter staying at Riveredge, there are many things to note. Finally, Riveredge Camp store is well equipped to meet all your camping needs. Mountain View, and Nature's Melody are two more two bedroom cabins, that come with the same amenities, but have a game room, and will only sleep four people. A jacuzzi, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Woodland Wonder and Peaceful Brook each sleep 6 people, with two bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa. These four cabins are nestled in the great outdoors, and have been updated to fit the modern needs of our guest. Approximately 8 miles outside of town, are Riveredge's two bedroom cabins.
These come furnished with everything our guest will need to enjoy the feel of a mountain stay, but with the convenience of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. Also on property, are five one bedroom cabins. Outside is a porch, along with a fire ring and charcoal grill.

Twenty one camping cabins are available that come equipped with a full size bed, bunk beds, TV, microwave, and a mini fridge, and heating and air conditioning. Riveredge also has cabin rentals available in a variety of sizes, on site. All of our sites are equipped with 30 and 50 amp service, water and sewer, and offer cable TV. A newly designed splash pad, along with a outdoor hot tub. A heated outdoor pool, along with a kiddie pool.
